What utility companies do you use?
Our community utilizes FPL and The City of Boca Raton. Residents are required to establish an FPL account prior to move in. Water and sewer is established by the community and billed back according to usage.
What Cable/Internet Providers are available?
The Cable/Internet providers available at our community are Xfinity and AT&T.
When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 3rd. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal.
Do you give any discounts to local employers?

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Is there air conditioning/heating?
Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

Is there a gym, pool, or common area?
Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a modern fitness center, resort-style pool, tennis courts, pet park, and other shared community spaces such as outdoor entertainment areas and resident lounges designed for relaxation and socializing. Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?
While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

Yes, our community offers residents EV Charging Stations within the community at no charge. These are Level 2 home charging stations.

What is the roommate policy?
All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Is there a maximum number of occupants?

Can guests stay over, and for how long?
Our guest policy is guests are allowed to stay in the apartment for 14 days, unless prior written consent from management is given. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
Is there guest parking available?
